Was quoted $20 to repair a tire puncture than charged $40 because they had to put the car on the lift. Really? Double the cost?! They could have mentioned the additional cost while I was standing there. I would have just filled the tire and repaired at Midas where they don't charge anything extra unless they do the work.

Tim was friendly and helpful in explaining the symptoms and issue with my Civic. Karen was just as friendly. They called before making any repairs (as all mechanics should but sometimes don't), explained what he was seeing and what it likely indicated. Car was done within 24 hours once they received the key and so far all issues seem to be fixed. Price was average according to comparisons online, which alleviated my initial apprehension because I am a certified skeptic. Also kudos to being active with the reviewers, huge plus.
