There is currently a line of nine customers waiting. There are two employees behind the counter, only one of whom has a register open to help people. The other employee is just standing around. Deplorable, will never come here again.
Everytime it rains, my mail is delivered but not completely into the mailbox. Everything gets wet. I have tried to call, but the wait is always more than 40 minutes. I would have given 1 star, but I'm assuming not everyone is as dumb as my mail carrier.
The Takoma postoffice has provided terrible service. I regularly receive my neighbor's mail. Despite repeated complaints they do not change staff. This is government job security at it worst. Please change staff to people who care about doing a quality job!
Service could have been SO much better. The clerks were on their phones the entire time and when I said "good bye, have a nice day" none of them responded. Very rude
