Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Very rude staff.
No a pleasant experience to go wait in line while black employee making jokes to white couple about Hispanic people.
Staffs are not useful here. There were a line of customers and two of them just sat there eating and cracking jokes without helping anyone. Highly recommend that you do not go to this location for service, drive a little further to a different rental place, then you’ll really save the same amount of time waiting and being frustrated here; but in exchange for a much better customer service!
I've had good experiences every time I've been here. Once, I was picking up a lot of boxes (unassembled) and the staff achieved the seemingly impossible task of fitting all of them in my small car. And they were extremely patient and good humored about it.
Be careful when returning the truck, this guy will try to get a cleaning fee for his own pocket
Don't leave anything in the truck. You'll never get it back unless you tell them it has a GPS tracker in it.
