Overbooking appointments 6 people will have the same appointment time. I'll give it 2 stars since Dr. Laurence is a sweetheart other than that the service sucks.
I've been using Takoma Family Health Center as my primary care provider for the last 13 years. I've never received an attitude or bad service. The only issue I have with them is that it gets jam-packed in the mornings (8-11 am); unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your situation), they accept walk-ins. Apparently, everyone in the neighborhood must see a Dr in the morning. If you avoid the "morning rush" with an appointment in the afternoon, you could be in-and-out within 1 hr (I know I do).
