Stopped by to pick up my replacement phone .I didn't have to wait for long, staff was professional and helpful, they had good music and all looked happy to work there
Nice store!! And the staff are very welcoming, we made many changes on our phones we are so glad we had Jennifer helps us she is so patient, knowledgeable, kind and everything, every time we go, we wait for her service. The rest of the staff is also very friendly by far it’s the best T-Mobile store we had been. And to say this we had been with T-Mobile for almost 15 years.
It is ok to suggest/sell accessories to customer, but it is not acceptable to tell customer that they come with the new device.
The management needs to better train the employees on the basics of professionalism (I hope that they are themselves) and stop forcing them to make customer buy what they do not want.
I had such a great experience in this retail store location. The attention to detail when it comes down to customer experience. Consistent touch basing with me making sure I would be placed in good hands. Both Oscar and Julio made sure that I had a great on-boarding experience. Thank you!
Ingrid is fantastic! She gave me excellent help! One of the best I've had with my 15 years as T-Mobile customer. I was having a lot of trouble with my phone, and she patiently took the time to help me and explain options. I will be coming back to her in the future! Although I don't know how much money she makes now, she deserves a RAISE for her excellent support!
