Lied about their stock so I drove from VA to get the parts they said they had for no reason. Would not recommend.
Brought my wheel in --- chronic flat tire issue. The tech found a staple that I hadn't found and replaced the tube. Next day, another flat tire. Returned to the shop --- Bruce dropped the job that he was working on to take care of me. He found the tiniest bit of shark-toothed glass embedded in the tire (apparently only a problem when the bike was loaded). No charge for the work --- and threw in a brand new tube. 5 stars: This is the way that business used to be done. Thanks, Bruce!
Awesome bike box packing! They pakced two bicycles for my international flight and did an amazing job making sure both were secure and cushioned for the flight.
